The Reality We’re Changing
The Impact In Numbers
Corrections Costs
America spends billions annually on incarceration—money that could instead fuel opportunities, jobs, and growth.
Formerly incarcerated individuals face staggering unemployment, amplifying hardship and limiting fresh starts.
Hundreds of thousands return to communities each year, ready and eager for meaningful employment.
Without support, two-thirds return to prison within three years, highlighting the critical need for effective reentry programs.
